Supporting You Through Every Step of the Fourth Trimester
I moved to this beautiful town in April 2013 from another equally charming place called Waterford City that is in Ireland, with my husband and our three young children. Since then we have welcomed two more little ones to our family. It’s safe to say I’ve always had a deep love for babies and the beautiful, transformative journey of parenthood.
When my youngest was born in 2020, the world was in lockdown. Without visitors or in-person support, I felt firsthand how isolating the postpartum period can be. That experience opened my heart to the importance of gentle, ongoing care for new families — not just in the hospital, but once they return home.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting parents through this sacred journey. As a Certified Postpartum Doula, I offer calm, compassionate care that allows you to rest, recover, and truly bond with your baby.
My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and trust. Every family’s story is unique, and my goal is to walk side by side with you — offering nurturing care, practical support, and a listening ear without judgement. Together, we’ll create space for healing, confidence, and connection as you settle into this new chapter of life.
